These are the online prices of milongas and workshops, in packages or á la carte. This isn't a short festival and we'd love you to come for the all 8 days, therefore we give you a large discount if you take all milongas instead of just two or three for the weekend. Early Bird catches...those wriggly low prices.

If you register before 8 July 2011, you are entitled to the Early Bird discount: you can get the 109€ milonga package containing all 8 evening milongas and afterparties for only 89€. That's 11€ each.

You'll also get each workshop for 5€ less, starting downwards from 20€!

With a Milonga Package you are also entitled to a volume discount on workshops! alt

You can purchase milongas á la carte, or you can buy the all milonga pass called the (All) Milonga Package.

You can purchase workshops freely, so we did not connect any packages to workshops. However, we would like you to enjoy the economies of scale that come with a package deal: If you purchase the Milonga Package, you not only get milongas for a lot less, you'll also get a progressive discount for your workshops as well.

Even more! If you buy your workshops and package before 8 July, you'll be eligible for an Early Bird discount of 5€/workshop and 20€ off from the package price!

For example: if you take 9 workshops and buy the Milonga Package before the Early Bird deadline, you'll pay 257€ and save 100€!

If you'd like to attend several workshops but would only come for the weekend, consider buying the Milonga Package anyway to take advantage of the discounts.

We strongly suggest you to purchase your tickets and workshops early as on-location prices may differ from the online ones! alt

Basically: if you purchased a milonga package, we'll give you a volume discount of the workshops as well, and there is an additional 5€ discount from each workshop if you register before 8 July, so may want to consider purchasing a Milonga Package for 109€ (89€ until 8 July), sparing 23€ (43€ in Early Bird) and a lot more on workshops!

With the all-milonga package (purchased after 8 July) you can participate at the surprise workshop of Cecilia and Serkan on 25 August (14.45 and 16.00, 'Body Awareness in Tango')! Forward your registration confirmation e-mail with 'SURPRISE!' and the group number in the subject line to info @ danubiando.com if you'd like to participate!

All prices per 90-minute workshop. Volume discount is stratified: first 4 workshops always at full price, the next 4 workshops for less etc.

There will be milongas ('Tango Café') every afternoon from Monday to Sunday, from 3pm to 9pm. There will be a small entry fee at the door (3-4€) which include a drink too!

From Sunday to Sunday there will be afterparties at Caledonia Restaurant & Pub. There is no entry fee! We will also assist you to get from the milonga location to the afterparty location if you wait at the door when the evening milonga ends! alt

Each class will last 90 minutes with 15 minutes breaks.
The maximum number of registrations at a class is 20 couples, with a maximum of 20 of each gender.
Please try to bring a partner or find one using the Facebook event or the Facebook page, we will also announce the gender balance for different courses from time to time.
Gentlemen: if you have tango dance experience of 5 years and over, you purchased at least 4 workshops, and you would like to participate as a taxi dancer, please let us know using the contact form under the 'Contact us!' menu item at the bottom of the webpage.

Cancellation rules:

If you cancel until 8 July, we will give the money back that we received in full, less any banking, transfer fees and exchange loss.
If you cancel after 8 July, but before 15 August (the end of online registrations), we will return 50% of your payment less said fees.
If you cancel after 15 August...well, don't...rather ask someone else to take it over.

Remember: you can always give your participation to anyone of the same gender (let us know), and to the opposite sex as well, if there are still places left at the workshops.

The above rules stand for any possible circumstance, including travel and health problems (...insurance, insurance...). alt

After registering online under the menu item 'registration' you can select the workshops and milongas you'd like to attend and pay by credit/debit card (through PayPal) or bank transfer.
If the process is stopped for any reason after you made your selection and proceeded to checkout, you'll need to contact us, so we can reset your choice of lessons and you can start over.
If you select PayPal, you will be directed to the PayPal website for credit card or PayPal account payment. Please note that we do not receive or handle any credit card information, nor are we able to address technical issues at the PayPal website.
If you select Bank Transfer, you'll be provided with the banking information you need to send the Art's Harmony Association the price of your purchase. Please always make sure to include your Transaction ID in the message field of the transfer. We will reset your account after 15 days after you registered or 18 August the latest if your bank transfer does not arrive until then. If your transfer is delayed for any reason, please let us know using the 'Contact Us!' menu item at the bottom of the website.
Both payment methods incur a certain fee, which you must pay over the festival prices. PayPal charges 3.9% + 0.35€ per transaction. Bank Transfers have a 1% fee on any transaction below 100€, over 100€ the transaction fee is a fixed 5€, plus 1%. If PayPal does not service your country and you cannot wire money to Hungary, please contact us.
If you need a Visa to enter Hungary and we can help, let us know, but please ask the Hungarian consulate or Embassy in your country first, as we won't be able to get that information for you (rules tend to vary in each country).
Tango dancers in Serbia: we've been informed that PayPal does not work from Serbia and bank transfers may be too complicated as well. For that reason Sonja Zivanovic and Darko Dozic (Tango Natural) helps us collecting payments in Belgrade. If you have problems with payments from Serbia, please just register normally, select bank transfer as your payment method, then contact Sonja and Darko directly at serbia@danubiando.com and make the payment to them within 15 days.
